WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and peak sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after processing.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped. Usually, the tracking number is received the day after the order has been shipped.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU  ACCEPT?

On GEOtag, you can check out using all types of credit and debit cards or the PayPal Express Checkout option. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.


HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.
